The soi wakes up over a flat white.

Northern-Thai mountain coffee, pulled slow, beside a bakery that started before you did. Something still warm from the oven, and the whole morning ahead of it.

From the mountains, to the soi

Grown at 1,200 metres.
Roasted for Ko Lanta.

The beans come down from the northern hills — Doi Chang and Doi Tung — where cool air and altitude make a cup that is bright, deep and หอม (hom — fragrant).

It is the one thing every hour of the day has in common: something grown with care, a long way up, and carried down to you.
